Floradix® Tablets contain organic iron from ferrous gluconate, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and C which help support the body’s iron levels and energy metabolism.

Iron contributes to normal red blood cell formation (supported by the vitamins B6 and B12) and haemoglobin formation.

In addition, folic acid contributes to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Furthermore, vitamin C supports iron absorption.

Each tablet contains: Iron (as ferrous gluconate dihydrate) 7 mg, Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 0.55 mg, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 0.7 mg, Vitamin B3 (niacin) 8 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 0.7 mg, Folic acid 100 mcg, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 1.25 mcg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 15 mg, Yeast extract 120 mg, Herbal dried extract equivalent to dry: Spinach (Spinacia oleracea) leaf 80 mg, Nettle (Urtica dioica) herb 30 mg, Carrot (Daucus carota) root 20 mg, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed 20 mg, Centaury (Centaurium erythraea) herb 10 mg, Rosehip dried juice extract 11.8 mg, Also contains maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, colour and tableting aids.

A. Floradix® Tablets should be taken at a separate time to other supplements as the iron absorption may be reduced by other products.

Q. Can I drink tea or coffee at the same time as taking Floradix® Tablets?

A. Black tea and coffee contain caffeine which can reduce the absorption of the iron, thus reducing the efficacy of the product. We recommend to take Floradix® Tablets one hour before or two hours after having a caffeinated beverage. However, caffeine-free drinks including some herbal teas can be taken at the same time.
